This is the video of the worldwide premiere for “OPEN” in Madrid where riders came from all over the world to whiteness this epic moment during the Madrid Skate Film Festival.

OPEN is the latest Longboard Girls Crew (LGC) film directed by Daniel Etura. The movie features a diverse group of female longboarders hailing from 11 different countries who get together in one of the most talked about places on Earth — Israel. This skate journey screams womanhood while is also an eye-opener experience through which the riders challenge their skills, explore a new culture, meet its people and bring some joy to a place that hasn’t seen much of it lately.

Longboard Girls Crew (LGC) is an international longboard community created in the summer of 2010 by a group of female skaters living in Madrid. Tired of being the only girls in mostly boy’s crews, we decided to get together and create a group in Facebook to meet, hang and skate with each other. We realized the energy around was different when the riders were only girls. Our mission was to get together and place female longboarding on the map. Longboard Girls Crew is foremost a community, any girl that skates or anyone who supports female longboarding is Longboard Girls Crew, so thanks for being an important part of all this!
